Reiki Treatments with Angad

A Reiki treatment is a deeply relaxing experience. During the session you lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table or futon and are covered with a blanket to ensure your warmth during the treatment. Relaxing music is played and appropriate healing incense is burnt. Angad will then open the healing space and begin to channel Reiki energy for your healing.

During the session Angad will work with the energies of your chakras, aura and meridian system to balance your energetic system and to initiate the process of removing blockages. Most people experience pleasent sensations of warmth and relaxation, see colours or shapes in their minds-eye and also during treatments emotions may stir and memories be triggered as the healing occurs.

Before the treatment there will be a short discussion about your hopes and aims for the session and a chance to discuss a medical case history if appropriate. After the session there is a chance to review your experiences of the treatment, discuss anyhing that came up for you or issues that Angad became aware of and to discuss any appropraite lifestyle advice.

A typical session lasts for either 60 & 90 minutes (longer or shorter treatments can also be arranged). In a typical 1 hour session the actual treatment will last for 45-50 minutes with a little time for conversation before and after the session.

Angad trained to be a Reiki Master/Teacher with Sue Scott in Watford in 2002 and founded the Spiral School of Reiki in 2004.

Treatment are available in Brighton or London.

Home visits available.

Prices (concessions available)

• £20 for a 30 mintue session
• £35 for a 1 hour session
• £50 for a 90 minute session
• £60 for a 2 hour session
