Join Angad for 6 special classes designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of this empowering style of yoga.

 

Classes will cover Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (chanting), Meditation and the philosophical aspects of Kundalini Yoga.
