This course is suitable for anyone who wants to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher or for those of you who want to deepen your understanding and experience in the transformational practice of Kundalini Yoga and related lifestyle as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
You will be taught by wonderful and experienced teacher trainers and be blessed by the wisdom and presence of lead trainer and founding director of Karam Kriya SchoolShiv Charan Singh.
This course allows you to:
- Obtain a Kundalini Yoga Teaching Certificate recognized worldwide
- Gain a sound understanding of the fundamental nature, technologies and concepts of Kundalini Yoga
- Experience a transformation through the practice of Yogi Bhajan’s teachings and related lifestyle
- Develop the skills, confidence and consciousness required to become a teacher
- Develop a relationship with other participating students local teachers, and the 3HO community
- Develop a relationship with Yogi Bhajan as the Master of Kundalini Yoga, and link to the Golden Chain
The course is open to all students of Kundalini Yoga, however if a student has little or no experience of Kundalini Yoga then entry will be based on the recommendation of one of the course tutors.
Students must satisfy certain criteria for certification on completion of the course, including:
Full payment of course fees as set out on application.
Attendance at the whole course including practicum weekends.
Attendance of one day of White Tantric Yoga.
Students must record attendance at a minimum of 20 KY classes during the training period, independent of Yoga on the course.
Complete a 40 day meditation and keep a journal of the experience.
Pass a written exam as well as hand in two pieces of course work

Course Tutors
Shiv Charan Singh (Level I & Level II), is a reknowned teacher of Kundalini Yoga (since 1980) and founder of the Karam Kriya School (1996) and Quinta do Rajo.
He currently travels around the world teaching Karam Kriya - Consultancy Training based on a study of numbers through life and life through numbers.
He has written five books on this topic, including a poetry book and sees people daily in his practice as a counsellor. Shiv Charan Singh is on the advisory board for KYTA UK.
Satya Kaur (Level I & II), is co-founder and director of the International Karam Kriya School, Yoga Productions and Quinta do Rajo (Portugal).
She is a qualified midwife and currently shares her knowledge and experience through The Mother´s Journey. She has taught KY for 30 years and is the author of “Yoga, Kundalini & Eu”, a Kundalini Yoga manual published March 2011. She is also a Myth-A-Drama practitioner.
Amrit Singh (Level I) BA (Hons) Dip TCM RCHM Dip BSS. Has been a teacher of Kundalini Yoga since 1995.
He has long standing experience and understanding of other forms of Yoga, Oriental energetics and the mind-body dynamic. He is a practitioner of Shiatsu (since 1989), Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (1995).
Other Course Tutors will include Angad Kaur & Satwant Kaur who will each teach 1 weekend on their specialist topics.
